Maurice K. Goddard State Park
The Goddard State Park features the 1,860 acre (753 ha) Lake Wilhelm. The large lake is very popular with anglers and attracts visitors in all seasons. The park also features wetlands, fields and mature forests that provide a great habitat for many animals.

Presque Isle State Park Erie

Liberty Park
This 8.5 acre (3.4 ha) natural park in the urban setting on Pier Three extends into Lake Erie and contains public access walkways, a playground and sand valleyball courts. Liberty Park also features the Pepsi Amphitheater and is a launching point for water taxi services.

Lake Erie Arboretum at Frontier
A 33-acre arboretum with over 250 different varieties of trees. Visitors will also find a meditative labyrinth, multi-use paths, the 'Virtual Tree' gazebo and a playground. Various events are held throughout the year at the outdoor amphitheater.
