Decorated to resemble an Southern 18th Century antebellum home, Tara-A Country Inn boasts 27 individual rooms themed from the movie Gone With the Wind. The house was built in 1854 and was completely restored in 1986, transforming it into a full-service inn. Each room offers a private bathroom and includes a full breakfast in the morning. Tours of the house, the grounds and the lake are available throughout the year.
